At Moroccopper Store, every item is individually handcrafted by master artisans in Marrakech, Morocco. Because our pure copper decor, tableware, and lighting fixtures require precise craftsmanship and careful packing, we prioritize secure, reliable, and insured global delivery.

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, international delivery rates, and tracking procedures.

1. Processing & Crafting Timelines

Because our items are handmade, processing times vary depending on stock availability and customization requirements:

In-Stock Collections: Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Require 7 to 15 business days for crafting, hand-hammering, custom patina finishing, and quality control prior to dispatch.

Note: Order processing times may slightly increase during peak holiday seasons or high-demand product releases. We will notify you via email if your order requires additional time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with major international express carriers (including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure fast and safe transit from our workshop to your doorstep.

Free Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping on orders over a specified cart threshold (as advertised on our store banner).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

Your unique tracking number.
A direct link to track your shipment in real time.
Estimated delivery date updates.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to update on the carrier's portal after receiving your dispatch email.

4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International Shipments: Shipments departing Morocco may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees assessed by the destination country's government.
Customer Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or checkout shipping rate.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or invalid delivery address information, any return shipping costs and customs penalties incurred will be deducted from your potential order refund.

5. Packaging & Heavy Item Transport

Handcrafted copper items and custom light fixtures are carefully wrapped in multi-layer protective foam, bubble wrap, and heavy-duty reinforced corrugated boxing to prevent denting, scratching, or structural damage during transit.

Large or high-value architectural light installations may be shipped in custom wooden crates for extra protection.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item, and contact us at support@zniberglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim and issue a replacement.
Lost Shipments: If your tracking link shows no activity for more than 7 consecutive business days or indicates delivery but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
