2. Handcrafted Products & Natural Artisanal Variations

All products sold by Moroccopper Store are individually handcrafted by master artisans in Marrakech, Morocco.

Artisanal Character: Because every piece is hand-hammered and finished individually, subtle variations in texture, color, weight, patina finish, and dimensions are natural characteristics of genuine metalwork. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor display of any color will be 100% precise.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment Terms

Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. Reasons for cancellation may include product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Processing: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, or integrated gateway providers). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
Taxes & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees assessed by your destination country. The customer is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties upon delivery.

4. Shipping & International Delivery

Fulfillment Timeline: Standard orders are processed and dispatched according to our current handling schedules. Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order copper pieces require additional crafting time before shipment.
Risk of Loss: All physical purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier carrier.
Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Zniber Global LLC is not liable for delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments resulting from incorrect address input.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refund claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. You must request a return authorization within 30 days of item receipt, and custom or bespoke creations are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site—such as text, graphic designs, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, Liquid/HTML code structures, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Moroccopper Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
